1. Returns

Eligibility: You can return a product within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions: The product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- With original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order ID)
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items on sale or clearance

2. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.

3. Refunds

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
